• Does not participate in pricing or negotiation
• Does not hold funds or provide escrow services
• Does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
• Does not verify the accuracy of listing descriptions

No Transaction Guarantee

SANORIYAT does not guarantee:

• The completion of any sale or transfer
• The health or condition of any animal listed
• The accuracy of pedigree, registration, or health documentation provided by sellers
• The conduct or reliability of any buyer or seller
• Refunds or compensation in the event of a dispute

Buyer Guidance

Buyers are strongly encouraged to:

• Request and independently verify all health documentation
• Arrange an independent veterinary examination before any purchase
• Conduct all agreements in writing
• Use secure, traceable payment methods
• Seek independent legal advice for high-value transactions

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with applicable laws, and the animals they offer. Listing on SANORIYAT does not constitute any form of platform endorsement.

Disputes

All disputes arising from transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. SANORIYAT does not arbitrate disputes and is not liable for any outcome of transactions conducted through or discovered on the platform.
