What Verification Means
The Verified Breeder badge indicates that the user has:
- Completed their cattery profile on the platform
- Submitted cattery registration documentation
- Passed a platform document review
What Verification Does Not Mean
Verified Breeder status does not constitute any guarantee or endorsement of:
- Animal health, condition, or quality
- Breeder conduct, ethics, or professionalism
- The accuracy or completeness of any listing or profile
- The outcome of any transaction or agreement
- Compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements
Your Responsibility as a Buyer
Before entering into any agreement with a breeder — verified or not — buyers are responsible for:
- Conducting their own due diligence
- Requesting veterinary health certificates and documentation
- Verifying the animal's health condition independently
- Understanding and agreeing to all terms directly with the breeder
- Seeking independent legal advice where appropriate
