Content & Community Policy

1. Scope

Applies to all content and conduct: profiles, cat/cattery pages, photos, comments, reviews, messages, and listings.

2. Expected conduct

Be accurate, respectful, and lawful. Represent yourself and your animals honestly.

3. Prohibited content & behaviour

  • Harassment, hate, threats, or abuse.
  • Defamation.
  • Sexual or violent content.
  • Spam or scams.
  • Impersonation or fake accounts.
  • Illegal or prohibited animals or trade.
  • Cruelty or animal-welfare violations.
  • Infringing or stolen content.
  • Personal data of others without consent.
  • Circumvention of safety measures.

4. Messaging

Private messages are stored and protected by access controls. They may be reviewed only in response to a report or a legal/safety obligation. Harassment and scams are prohibited. Deals occur off-platform — exercise caution and do not pay upfront without verification.

5. Reviews integrity

Only users with a verified interaction may review. Reviews publish automatically and cannot be approved, rejected, edited, or removed by the reviewed party. We remove reviews only for policy violations (not negativity), via audited admin action; the reviewed party may publicly reply.

6. Moderation & automation

We use automated filters (e.g. profanity) which are best-effort and not exhaustive, plus human review of reports. Reporting tools are available throughout the platform and at [admin@sanoriyat.com].

7. Intellectual property

Upload only content you own or are licensed to use. We respond to good-faith infringement notices and may remove infringing content and act on repeat infringers. Send notices to [admin@sanoriyat.com] with the work, the infringing URL, and your contact.

8. Enforcement ladder

Depending on severity: warning → content removal → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Serious violations (fraud, illegal trade, cruelty) may result in immediate removal. Actions are recorded.

9. Appeals

Affected users may appeal enforcement decisions via the in-app appeals flow; we review and respond.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy with versioning and notice.
