Marketplace & Listing Policy

1. Role of the platform

The marketplace is a discovery and contact tool. Listings are user-generated. We are not the seller, do not verify listings, hold no inventory, process no payment, and are not a party to any deal.

2. Transactions & payments

All transactions occur off-platform, directly between users. We do not collect payment, provide escrow, or guarantee delivery, refunds, or animal condition. Pricing, negotiation, and fulfilment are the users' responsibility.

3. Listing standards

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Sellers are responsible for all claims (price, breed, health, pedigree, availability).

4. Prohibited listings

• Illegal or restricted animals or wildlife.
• Sick, abused, or unfit animals misrepresented as healthy.
• Falsified pedigrees or certificates.
• Stolen images or content.
• Scams, bait pricing, or attempts to circumvent platform rules.
• Anything violating Saudi law or animal-welfare standards.

5. Reservations & inquiries

Submitting an inquiry shares your name and contact with the listing owner for that purpose only. Inquiries may be rate-limited and are subject to anti-abuse measures. Misuse (spam, harassment, fake leads) may lead to enforcement.

6. Reviews & reputation

Reputation reflects verified-interaction reviews (auto-published; not seller-moderated). Manipulating reviews is prohibited.

7. Enforcement

We may remove listings and act on accounts that breach this Policy. Report violations via the in-app report tools or admin@sanoriyat.com.

8. Future paid features

Any future paid placement (“featured”) will be clearly labelled as advertising; commission or booking features, if introduced, will be governed by separate billing terms.
