Verified Breeder Policy
Version 2026-07 · Effective July 2026 · Governing law: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
1. Purpose
This Policy explains what the Verified Breeder badge means and how the programme works.
2. What verification is
A user submits a cattery registration/certificate image. Our team reviews it on a discretionary, best-effort, non-exhaustive basis to confirm a document was provided that appears consistent with a cattery identity.
3. What verification is NOT
It is NOT a government or legal certification; an endorsement; a guarantee of animal health, pedigree accuracy, breeding quality, or commercial reliability; or assurance that any transaction will be safe or successful. The badge confirms document submission and review only.
4. Buyer responsibility
Verification does not replace your own due diligence. Verify health, lineage, and identity independently and seek veterinary and legal advice.
5. Data handling
Submitted documents are stored privately and accessed only by authorised admins through short-lived signed links, for verification and integrity purposes. Retention follows the Privacy Policy.
6. Maintenance, suspension & revocation
We may suspend or revoke status if a document is found inaccurate, fraudulent, or expired, or if the user violates our policies. We aim to give notice and reasons, and an appeal is available. Decisions are recorded internally.
7. No fee guarantee
Where verification is offered as part of a paid plan in future, payment does not guarantee approval; eligibility criteria still apply.
