What to Report

You can report any of the following:

• A listing you believe is fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresented
• A breeder engaging in deceptive or abusive practices
• Content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Animal welfare concerns related to a listing or breeder
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate messages
• A profile impersonating someone else

How to Report

Send an email to admin@sanoriyat.com with the following information:

• The URL or profile name of the content you are reporting
• A brief description of the issue
• Any screenshots or supporting evidence (attach to email)

What Happens Next

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 1–3 business days. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend, or permanently ban the reported user.

For your privacy, we do not disclose the outcome of individual reports to the reporter unless the report directly involves your own account.

False Reports

Submitting deliberately false or malicious reports is itself a violation of our Community Guidelines and may result in action against your account.

Emergency or Legal Matters

If you believe there is an immediate risk to an animal or a person, contact your local authorities directly. SANORIYAT is not an emergency response service.
