1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using SANORIYAT you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the platform for a cattery or business, you bind that entity.

2. What SANORIYAT is — and is not

SANORIYAT is a neutral technology platform that helps users discover one another, communicate, and keep a digital identity record for each cat.

SANORIYAT is NOT a breeder, seller, buyer, agent, broker, escrow, veterinary provider, or a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, inspect, or take custody of any animal, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information.

Digital identity & transfers: SANORIYAT records each cat's digital identity and lets an owner transfer that identity record to another user on the platform. A transfer moves the SANORIYAT identity record only — it is not a sale, a payment, or a transfer of legal title, and it does not warrant the animal, its health or pedigree, or any related off-platform transaction.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the platform.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it to operate the platform. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use your content (including images and pedigree information), that it is lawful and not infringing, and that any claims you make are accurate. You are solely responsible for your content.

5. Transactions are between users

Any sale, reservation, exchange, or arrangement is solely between the users involved and occurs off-platform. We are not involved, take no fee from such transactions, make no warranty as to animals, sellers, buyers, health, pedigree, or outcomes, and are not a dispute-resolution body. Conduct your own due diligence and seek independent veterinary and legal advice.

6. No veterinary or health warranty

Information on the platform is not veterinary advice. We do not warrant the health, temperament, lineage, or fitness of any animal.

7. Verification disclaimer

“Reviewed Breeder” means only that a user submitted a cattery document that passed our discretionary, non-exhaustive review. It is NOT a government certification, legal certification, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, legitimacy, health, or commercial reliability. See the Reviewed Breeder Policy. Status may be revoked at our discretion.

8. Reviews

Reviews can be left only by users with a verified interaction and publish automatically. Sellers cannot approve, reject, edit, or remove reviews about them; they may publicly reply. We may remove reviews only for policy violations — never for sentiment.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not engage in illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or harmful activity; list prohibited animals; impersonate others; scrape the platform; or circumvent security. See the Marketplace and Content & Community Policies.

10. AI features

AI tools are assistive and may be inaccurate; you must verify outputs and remain responsible for your content. Use of AI involves third-party processing outside the Kingdom as described in the Privacy Policy, and requires your consent.

11. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, remove content, or terminate accounts. An appeal process is available.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or harm arising from user dealings, content, or off-platform transactions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify SANORIYAT and its operator against claims arising from your content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

15. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms with versioning and notice, and may discontinue features. You may stop using the platform at any time. Material updates may require renewed acceptance.
