SANORIYAT is a discovery and communication platform for the cat world. It enables breeders to publish public profiles, cat owners to document their cats, and buyers to discover cats, breeders, and listings.

SANORIYAT is not a party to any transaction between users. SANORIYAT does not buy, sell, breed, or transfer cats.

2. Platform Role and Limitations

SANORIYAT provides tools for discovery, communication, and profile management. The platform does not:

• Guarantee the quality, health, or condition of any animal listed on the platform
• Guarantee the conduct, legitimacy, or identity of any user
• Guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted by users
• Mediate, facilitate, or guarantee the outcome of any agreement between users
• Provide buyer protection, escrow services, or transaction guarantees
• Endorse or recommend any specific breeder, cat, or listing

3. Verification Status

The "Verified Breeder" status indicates that a user has submitted cattery registration documents and passed a platform document review. It does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of:

• Animal health or quality
• Breeder conduct or ethics
• Accuracy of listings
• Transaction safety

Verification status reflects document submission and review only. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all content they publish
• Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• All agreements, transactions, and communications with other users
• Verifying the health and condition of any animal before purchase
• Seeking independent legal or veterinary advice as appropriate

5. Prohibited Use

Users may not use SANORIYAT to publish false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organization, facilitate illegal transactions, or engage in any conduct that harms other users or the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANORIYAT is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to transactions between users, animal health outcomes, or reliance on user-submitted information.

7. Changes to These Terms

SANORIYAT may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
